Another thing I have noticed since I had my clutch replaced is when I turn my key two times before I turn the engine on I noticed my RPM needle doesn't move anymore. It used to go up to 7500 RPMs or so then come back down. Was my rev indicator turned off or something?

They may have disconnected the battery during the install which would cause you to lose that information IIRC.

Yep, just re-set it (refer to the drivers manual).

I think something is wrong...

Yesterday when I was driving it sounded like a piece of metal fell out of the bottom of the car. Now it's making these noises on top of the issues I was having before. I already called Toyota and I'm bringing it back in tomorrow.

Based on the videos below what do you guys think?

[ame="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iKPdIwPEkIM"]Scion FRS shift noise 1 - YouTube[/ame]

[ame="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Vg5E56oQjnA"]Scion FRS shift noise 2 - YouTube[/ame]

[ame="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tDxdQbvCoqY"]Scion FRS shift noise 3 - YouTube[/ame]

Please help.

Well, darn, StOpNGOx ....... that's a shame you are having such a go around with your car's clutch ......

Yep, it does sound a bit like a thrashing machine!

I think it is beyond .....newness, gear rollover, flywheel chatter or a bad TOB.

It does sound like something is lose fer sure .......... damn, it could be several things, none of which are "normal".

I wouldn't drive it too far until you can get it back to the dealer.

Then again, maybe they just didn't tighten up one of those underneath panels and it flapping around.....??

I hope you (or they) can get it sorted out soon.

Wow, something came loose under that bell housing. Second clip shows that.

The third clip sounds like the driveshaft is rubbing against something.

I'll let you know what those clowns at Toyota say tomorrow. If they begin to tell me this is normal I'll lose it on them.

They won't. I would insist on seeing the damage before allowing them to fix it. Ask them to show you what happened. Take pics if you can get away with it.

Will do.

Are you referencing the damage potentially caused from the obvious noises I am hearing?
