Congrats on the new ride and welcome to the forum. I know you'll love it! For me it's treat to go anywhere as long as I get to drive!

Same. Though, I'm afraid I'm not going to like the FR-S enough...

If you like the low end TQ the GTI has don't switch.

When my GTI was on the dyno at around 88K miles it made 279 WTQ... LOL

Did you order yours or buy straight off the lot? If you ordered it, how long did it take? Thanks.

If you don't want to wait and dont mind making a little drive try calling Visalia Toyota. That where I got my car from. I was tired of the waiting and the false answers my original dealership was giving me so I called around and I got it from them that day. Ask for Abel Romero, great guy, tell him Ryan sent you.

I put a deposit down at a bunch of dealers, Piercy called me first. I put the deposit down in late April, so not that long.

They key is looking at dealers that move a lot of cars period. Piercy has 5 more FRS on the way, smaller Scion stores have 0-2 on the way.

Piercy does have 2 unclaimed auto cars coming in, but no manuals.

It's like watching someone try to shuffle cards who can't do the two-handed method. They just end up trying to force some into the middle of the deck. They're probably terrible lovers as well.

As you can tell, I don't do well in traffic.

I'm pretty excited to take my driving to the next level with the car. I had gotten very fast with the GTI at autoX but it's very pretty limited with a FWD platform and it was DSG (FRS is 6MT). I felt like I was missing a skill needed, then when my freinds offered me co-drives in 400WHP STis and prepped STR S2000s I had to decline because I didn't know how to drive a manual! So I just drove it home from the dealer in Bay Area rush hour traffic so not the best start! LOL!
You sir are brave! All those massive hills, that would make me nervious as hell! But congrats. The car looks great. You made the right decision. This car begs to be driven with a manual.

Congrats! Hope you're enjoying it more and more. I'm usually not fond of white, but it does look really good on the FR-S.
