I use a wet microfiber to wipe down then shine the black with Armor-All. I keep the aluminum polished with Blue Magic metal polish. My 86 is not a daily driver so it doesn't take much effort to keep it show clean.

I created a template in Adobe Illustrator... then I printed it out on regular copy paper, next I layered the copy paper with 3M low tack masking tape to give it some rigidity. I then cut out and placed the stencil...finally I painted it onto the intercooler and then cleared it.

I could send you the eps file I used...just pm me your email.

Here is the process from my build thread http://www.ft86club.com/forums/showthread.php?p=2589749

Just something a different size to fit snuggly behind the bumper.

Well... I have the same set-up as @HuntingtonFRS except maybe for my Beatrush front beam brace...

It's all subjective and admittedly I'm a little bias... but I think it looks good. Yes... I'd rather have an intercooler that is centered and an oil cooler that is mostly or completely out of sight but that is not what I have.

It appears that with the OEM beam brace, the Mishimoto oil cooler has to install further toward the front than with the Beatrush front beam brace. That is the only thing part of @HuntingtonFRS install that could be improved IMO given his current set-up. Other than that...I approve... lol

Lined out...

Trimmed to fit...

Yeah, I had to angle it on the crash beam but I think I need to move it more to the right too. It's in this position because I was able to make it fit behind the factory grill but later decided to cut the grill.

So, aside from the pulley upgrade and e85 setup what options do we have to get more power out of this setup?
