Considering how expensive a lot of other mods are for this car, $150 seems like a relative bargain. Especially something that does not require cutting, splicing, etc. Totally and easily reversible (just unplug from the OBDII port) and already engineered.

It would be a great source of spare parts for the rest of us if it was cheaper though!

The second option is only $80 from ft85sf. I could build it cheaper but you'd have to split into a bunch of wires. Probably couldn't build an obd solution that much cheaper if at all.

True, but somebody came up with it first and had to figure it out, so they deserve to make some money, I guess. For guys who track their car and have to do the pedal dance several times in a given day it makes sense to be able to just push a button on/off. I still think it sounds worthwhile for someone who needs this functionality.

Edit...oh, now I get you...spare parts from those who really DON'T need the functionality...I have work-related brain-numbness right now. Sorry @Tcoat.

I'm ok with some splicing for $100 savings

I spun once on track with the 5 second press. Been using pedal dance since like it much better. Especially when braking and steady state cornering.
