The Usercode is your Sales Order number, and the password if the Batch number. Your dealer has to activate the order for you, or it will fail.

Is that the link u r using to track ur cars? I asked for my user code and password and they had no idea what i was talking about?

Yeah that's the site. Can't imagine a dealership that doesn't know this service exists - they probably haven't allocated a car for you and are probably trying to buy some time.

All they have given me is a Factory Order number? And i had not checked the website before getting the FON so i didnt know u needed the User code and password..

Yeah thats the tracking link. Your dealer's stock controller needs to forward your order details to the salesperson to set up an account.

guys, I have a question. Once your order has been placed and you have a stock number, can anyone take your car? I.E. if an employee with power wanted to skip the line and take your car, could they?

Yes. They could tell you anything and the contract states dealers are not liable for any remuneration if vehicle cannot be supplied to customer. The only damage to a dealer is reputation, if they have one.
