Mount/balance used tires cheap?

Anybody know a place that will mount and balance used tires for cheap? Wheel Works won't. I doubt Americas Tires will. Suggestions? I prefer Castro Valley, Hayward, Fremont, Pleasanton, Union City, or Dublin locations.

I just need to tide my Fiat 500e over until I turn it in a couple months from now. I don't need a road force balance. The car never breaks 84mph. I actually only need two tires done.

How used are the tires? I would think most any tire shop/auto repair place would do it if the tires were still in usable shape.

You can look up tire shops by setting up a tirerack order and getting to the ship phase to find the non-chain tire places.

Low but safe. They just need to last 2-3k miles. They can make that easily.
