I can confirm that this is the case with the ZetaCRDs. I've had them on my car for several months now, and on the road, with softer settings, the car feels almost like stock, just a bit sharper. At stiffer settings the car feels flat, responsive, and really sure footed. There's a little bit of body roll in the stiffer settings when cornering hard (autocrossing or track), but no more than what is needed to get aggressive street tires to work properly when driven hard, so to me that seems by design. With the damping set somewhere in the middle, it's noticeably firmer than stock, but still very suitable for daily driving and a fairly dramatic difference in steering response and control.
