93+ availability for me is hit and miss (plus Costco 91 is cheap af) so I use the 91 tune and just use whatever is available to me.

Ultra 94 all the way. I get crickets, but the performance and sound is on point. When I tried 91 it felt flat and unoptimized

If you look at the fuel maps 91 vs. 93, the only difference is above 4500rpm anyway

I tried 91 tune with 91 petroleum and 91 shell.. was getting knock.
switched to ultra 94 and was better but still a bit of knock.
Then tried 93 tune with Ultra 94 and my car seemed to like that combination better.

Then got uel header and stage 2 93 tune with ultra 94.

93 tune is worth the ~40 cents per tank cost difference if you're driving the car hard at all (above ~4500rpm).

Have you logged what the knock is like on Costco 91? I'd be interested to see how good it is. My gut says it would be junk, but I have no actual data to back that up with, just me being paranoid

Where was the knock happening? I get knock on 91 octane regardless of tune (even stock) if I'm stuck it traffic or even sometimes putting around town. 93 or 94 solves the issue, also regardless of tune. Like someone above mentioned, the OTS 91 and 93 octane tunes are identical at lower rpms (< ~4500 rpm).

What was your IAM on esso 93?

I use Ultra 94 too. Never tried the Esso 93
