Except wheels. You can replace your wheels but only if they cost at least 1/2 the value of the car at brand new retail value and lighter than your spare. I realize you'll never notice a difference in handling or make use of their light weight benefits but you have to do it anyways. Sorry

But here's the thing... Modellista is technically under Toyota brand and can be bought and installed at Totota dealership. So is that count as "rice" or "OEM"?

Has to be TRD. Unless it's a wing... all wings and spoilers, no matter if they are OEM or not, are rice.
