Whiteline claims +/- adjustment of .75 degrees (which is close to accurate in my case at least)

Yes that's exactly correct.
I originally installed these with lowering springs. Most lowering springs will give you more Negative camber than you can correct for with the OEM bushings and arms etc. My springs gave me about -1.5 and I used these to correct that back to -1. I was getting too much tire wear on the inside at 1.5. It's amazing how much that small of an adjustment can have on your tires and grip levels.
