I know the Driver and so does Moto-san. We both saw him post it and said our piece. He knows what he did. I don't know him well enough to know if he knew was he was doing (in terms of skill). I just know him through another forum / club.

I told him it was dangerous for other people, as well as, himself. It would be a shame if he or his frs was hurt/damaged... as well as, innocent bystanders.

I literally saw a 16-17 year old kid leave with a friend to race up/down a canyon by my house. Only, he never made it back up. I was telling him it wasn't a good idea when he was leaving... but hindsight is 20/20. I've had my stupid moments and been lucky. No more. Saving up for track time.

Same could be said if you were to drive 1 mph over the speed limit anywhere. Will that stop you/me/anyone? No.

With this logic you are leaving out the whole fact that it's a "public" road. If you didn't know, people die because some choose to drive reckless and take lives

It's like saying let drunk drivers video tape themselves because there's nothing we can do to stop them. Don't get mad at them tho, it's there choice after all
