Oddly there is nothing special to be made of German Engineering other than quite the handling for all that power. But FR-S with that equal amount of power would have better engineering I bet.

My sidewalk is much better at audio reproduction than my washing machine is at walking the dog. Case closed.

I went inside a Mercedes and if I wanted a lot of horsepower I would get a charger then but seriously Mercedes is not that perfect is it? What's german engineering, seriously.

His car but with exhaust mods, and if you can guess what this car exactly is then you are an expert. Because I have no idea if it's an E class entirely, but I will ask him. What do you guys think this Mercedes, Year, Make, and Model is? By the way this is the car that I was sitting in.
If Lexus LFA V10 isn't big enough there is always this V12 that comes in a Toyota Century.

But your friend is right you really need a Merc E-Class to pimp Japanese teenage school girls according to Initial D.

What is this thread?

While we're on topic which do you think would win in a race? The 86 or a tank? Which would handle better, a new challenger or the tank?

Which tank?
Some could beat the 86 in a straight line.
All handle better than a challenger.

Specifically the T28. Assuming it's stock with no mods, and still running the primacy treads.

The T28 is a self proppeled gun not a tank so there you go running out of class again.

Dammit! But it comes from the factory like that so it's an even comparison. Price differ slightly but my buddy said the engineering is similar.

The post was pretty much about rambling almost incoherent statements. I just used the Soviet difference because it is a great example of complex vs simple engineering. Both have their good and bad points.
Engineering is the same no matter where it is done.

Well it appears that it does run at 500 hp so that should impress the numbers guys. Now it weighs 95 tons though so not sure how well it will launch or corner.

Engineering might be the same no matter where it is done however how a solution is derived differs as cultural heritage comes into play.
