Not sure about the F40. How do you know it is a kit car? I looks pretty good other than where the c-pillar meets the engine cover. That weird edge/corner transition.
That's exactly why. The real F40 as vents that lead to the engine right at the C pillar. You can tell by the shape of that entire section that it isn't right. Furthermore, those are aftermarket wheels, that are similar in style to the OEM wheels, but they aren't the actual wheels the real F40 was equipped with.

Not only that, but the vents on the rear window aren't accurate either. There's other ways to tell, but those are the two that stand out most.

The proportions do look a bit off now that you mention it... like the tail is too "scrunched up" and short...

IIRC Dubia/UAE still have debtor's prisons. I remember reading that lots of people who lost jobs or ran out of money ditched their cars and fled the country.

Exactly!! The market crashed (because who can afford 10,000,000 super penthouses), rich people lost money and jumped shipped due to tax evasion.

I remember in the news there was a huge story of an abandoned Enzo and XJ220 (keys and all)

There are two guys who are tightening some bolts with what look like normal wrench and it looks like they are watching a screen to tell them when it's torqued up right??

noticed that as well. looks like the screen monitors the amount of torque applied to the bolts.

That looks like a raised alignment rack.

I pretty much do the same thing when I align my car on the Hunter Hawkeye rack.
