I was thinking the same. I have an old bracket for a wastegate actuator which fits pretty good. Hammering them flat sounds like a good idea too. Thanks!

Just go buy some hose?

No obvious reason to have it back at the battery maybe to keep oil off the belts when filling or in case of leaks???? No idea.

The kit never came with the bracket to mount the resivior back at the battery like the instructions say. also i didn't get 4 hoses to do the plumbing. I got 1 hose measuring 130 inches. If i follow the instructions i will get 2 lines done out of that hose.

So here is the question why do some of you, like @D-VO have the resivior mounted on the Supercharger mount plate and other have theirs mounted at the back near the battery? If i did the resivior up front on the plate i would just have to find some bolts to mount to the plate and i think the 1 hose should reach to make all 4 lines from there.

Suggestions? Comments?
I originally had it mounted back by the battery, but after my first Rotrex oil change I found it easier to have the reservoir up front to make the whole process easier.

Kraftwerks C38 Supercharger Finally Installed!

I finally got my Kraftwerks C38 supercharger installed and tuned on 5/18/2016 at PRE (Precise Race Engineering) in Portland Oregon. Guys did an awesome job and it was a little bit of a surprise when i first got in and realized the throttle response was no longer as touchy as before, but holy wow this car is ALIVE now. I have never had a car with a SC only TC so listening to the whine of the SC is new and i love it. Guys threw down 292 at just over 12psi.

Oil cooler of your choice

ok, so with this being said, anyone have any good suggestions for a oil cooler of choice? I know there are a lot of oil cooler threads outside this one, but it's nice to have information all in one thread instead of hopping around from thread to thread and then re-reading a thread that you thought haven't read. lol.

Anyone have preferences on where to mount? Behind fog light on passenger side, and front in front of intercooler? or front behind intercooler? Just want to bounce some ideas back and forth. If I go through with this I'll be sure to make a DIY for all Kraftwerks owners and post it in here.

any mods (fuel pump, injectors, header, exhaust,..)?

lightweight pulleys would help a bit with that throttle response

Same thing happened to me. Let CJ know over at KW. I explained to him what is happening but it seemed he thought I'm the only one having this issue.

I have a build thread page with everything i have done, but i have a Borla UEL header, Perrin Overpipe, Invidia Hi Flow Cat, and Invidia N1 Exhaust for what i can immediately think of. Ill have to keep the pulleys in mind
