The shop that sold the turbo kit used him exclusively, they had a good working relationship. On tuning days things actually went very smoothly but any other time I needed to get ahold of him I was unable to.

Hmm, sorry to hear of your bad experience. I did not go through a tune process with him, but I did purchase my flex fuel (v2 kit - no leaks!) and my RaceROM retail upgrade (DIY tuning) from him. I've never had an issue getting a hold of him via email, and most of the time he responds within a few hours. I emailed him the other night regarding an Ecutek question, and he returned my email the same night @ 10pm. Can't say that about every company.

If Visconti isn't working out, two other companies I would recommend for you are Delicious and Moto-East. Both companies are very reputable and perform excellent work regarding their e-tunes. I always recommend a local dyno tune whenever possible, or working with someone locally to street tune your car, however if that is not an option then those are your two best e-tuning choices.

I always made good gains thru Delicious Tuning E-tunes.
Example I ran 14.9 and got all the way down to 13.4 in the 1/4. When I did take the car to be tuned on the dyno I think I got 2 maybe 3 more horses out of it. It was pretty spot on from the E-tunes N/A. When I boosted the car the first tune was on the dyno I look forward to E-tuning some gains but to be honest not much else I can do to the car right now until cams come out.

I guess Zach can keep his job then.

Zach is definitely worth the keep! That man has helped me endlessly on my tune from bad FICs to great DW injectors. If it was up to me. I would definitely go to Delicious Tuning for this one. Especially if you want all the kinks worked out and done properly with great response time. Zach has stayed late a few times to help me get a proper tune into my car when I struggled with it. Vouch these guys 120%
