got my new catback installed. corsa with polished tips

has a really nice exhaust note, and the tips fill out the exhaust cutouts perfectly IMO. really liking this exhaust by corsa

replaced the drop in engine filter with a K&N at the same time too

Can you guess what I did to my car today? Bonus credit if you can guess my mechanic skill level as well.

It's alive!!!

Installation manual stated there could be some noises emanating from the supercharger until the traction fluid warmed up (2-3mins)... ecstatic to say there were no weird noises on startup at all! The traction cooler operated as normal. No coolant leaks or fuel smells as far as I could tell. The only thing that was off but expected was the smell coming out of the exhaust system... that smell can be attributed to the new exhaust manifold and front pipe. It wasn't even that bad though.

I'm going to wait until late next week or the weekend to take her out on the road... I should have my aero kit back from the painter by then... I need to have that installed before I go for a test ride.

Barring any unforseen issues, I am very relieved to have this install complete!
