I haven't noticed it unless its extremely subtle. I would just grab a flashlight and jump down there to make sure nothing is loose.

Haha Well I'm just hoping my stupid 4 puck unsprung clutch isn't taking a toll on other parts :P

I was mainly just wondering(haven't looked), because on the E36 chassis if they have play there is a bushing that goes bad that you can replace, so was wondering if ours were similar.

Alright now you have a legitimate cause and effect reason. I do not have any information regarding that so I couldn't beable to tell you

I haven't heard of that for this car before. Unless someone could admit it is true, then I would be worried. But until then, no worries.

Well, ....... you ought to be worried!

When pulling into your garage, if the clutch pedal breaks off, your car could go flying through the back of the garage into the furnace, breaking off the gas line and creating an explosion and fire that would destroy your house.

Your insurance company wouldn't pay for the house, its contents or your car, because your car had a defect, that you knew about and ignored.

We are not mustang drivers..... Also theres a big red button (a key for you peasants) that you could use in the event of your scenario. And trust me on this, once the engine is stopped so will you.(sorry had it written much better and in an hilarious manner but accidentally backed out of the page and didn't feel like recreating a paragraph)

there's also this thing called a brake pedal, I doubt you guys know what it is though since there's no need to use it due to the lack of power

hmmmm....... but, but I had a scary experience, back-in-the-day .....

Was living in Danville, CA in a house up a steep hill and driveway, with a 3 car garage and electric garage door opener. I had the garage floor painted with epoxy paint, so it was nice and smooth (read slick).

At the time I was driving an MGB-GT with a hydrolytic clutch. So, I was screaming home from work one afternoon rounded the corner, hit the door opener, zoomed up the steep driveway, pushed in on the clutch pedal ....... and it went all the way to the floor .......disconnecting NOTHING .......

I slammed on the brakes (prior to ABS) and slid across the painted garage floor and darn near ran into the gas furnace / water heater ........

Another time, I was backing .........oh never mind ....... I don't want to talk about that time .......
