Jay looked like he just woke up and he didn't really want to like the car but he does. Jack needs to work on his presentation. He is too jittery nervous.

Yea, Hollis is an auto executive, not a performer. He should know the numbers on his cars a little better (not like there is a huge number models in the Scion line-up) since he does proclaim to be a "car guy", but being filmed is a completely different experience from speaking in front of a live audience as anyone that has ever watched one of their own home movies can attest.

Glad they had the shout out to my fellows at Subaru!

Thats how Jay is if you watch any of his other videos. Looked like he was having fun in the car though, that says a lot.

I really liked this video. I have always enjoyed listening to Jay's opinions on cars-- he tends to know his stuff. But honestly, even if he said negative things about the car, my excitement for the car is cemented.

Jay Leno appears to have been paid to conduct this extended commercial of the FR-S.

That Scion guy talks too much. Also, it was odd where Jay Leno incorrectly referred to the A-pillars as B-pillars when he was talking about how he liked the car's outward visibilitiy.

Not a bad review, but they didn't do much stuff through the corners. But I'm surprised about the story of the 6'7" 300+ lb. driver who said he fit fine in it. I've been in an FR-S, and I'm not sure how comfortable it would be for someone of that size. My boss is 6'5" and around 300, and his girlfriend is looking into a new car and was considering the FR-S, and I can't see him getting into it without some gymnastics.

Really? You have to harp on that? I only counted three times, but anyways, Jay Leno is 62 years old. Maybe his memory isn't what it used to be. I know mine isn't, and I'm only in my 40's, lets see if your memory is still as sharp when you're in your 60's.

Person in question is TitusDrake. The thread about his experience "trying it on for size" is here. By the way, he's not the only big guy to buy one on the forum, also see here.

Thanks, I'll check that out. But after just reading the first few lines, it sounds like they already exaggerated his size.
