Dude you have not spent enough time in the Army then. To this day you give me 15 spare minutes and a pile of rocks, wet surfaces, or any other inconceivable place and I can nap.

Impossible I've spent the past 7 years hating my life every time I put that uniform on.

Though! In somewhat cool news, my Regiment is having it's 150th anniversary this coming September (you should certainly make the trip up, 24th Sept, it's a Saturday, tickets will probably be $65, including dinner and champagne or wine, possibly an open bar). I was asked by my BK to be the "Defacto Bar Manager for the JRs Mess" for the event. What that entails is 2 events through the summer. First, will be a weekend down in Niagara for wine tasting (limo, suits, the whole nine yards) then a couple brewery tasting trips. Gotta see if we can get some good deals on large quantities of wine and beer from these places. And I never turn down an opportunity to wear a suit.

The only thing that's really going to suck about that day (the 24th), is dress is No. 1's for the morning, then combats, then Mess kit. Yay for change parades!

Or anime.

If he likes video games though he should try a JRPG or really any RPG. I'm replaying an old favorite and I managed to sink 50 hours into in a couple of weeks while working. It was mostly during the weekend.

That is definitely my rabbit hole. I could eat up every minute of the day between something from the Fallout/Elder Scrolls series, with a little flight sim thrown in.

If you really want to eat up time you can join a "virtual airline" in the flight sim world and get assigned an international route that requires multiple hours of flying.

Finished FO4 as Railroad last week. Now to start all over for another faction.

I managed to finish it up with one thread through the Automatron DLC and only piss off The Institute. Still friends with the other factions although the Railroad keeps trying to give me something to piss off the Brotherhood. I found as long as you eliminate them without being seen they don't turn on you.

I'm at level 78, and am spending most of my time doing the care and feeding of the village idiots.

For now, I'm putting Fallout aside and waiting for the Far Harbor DLC to hit. Going to go catch up a bit on the Assassin's Creed sagas. I'm a couple of games behind. After Far Harbor hits, I'll probably go back through and play it through on different factions and the hardest difficulty.

When I decided to go the railroad route I left my village idiots to fend for themselves. They mostly died.

What happens when you lose hydraulics and are put into a steep dive forcing you to roll your passenger plane and crash it into a church? Are you submitted to virtual review and virtual drug testing with virtual court proceedings? Does virtual John Goodman show up to your door with a drug cocktail?

Good plan. I did spend about two hours one night collecting harnesses off dead soldiers and equipping all the women in my villages with them so that they all basically were wearing halter tops and bikini bottoms.

Yes...I'm that shallow, thanks for asking.
