We also have a Subaru Specific Track Day coming up June 1 at NJMP Lightning. This is a novice and advanced day with 2 hours of track time and 1-2 hours of classroom sessions.

It looks like I'll be in the only twin out of 146 registered drivers for Palmer this weekend (PCA event Fri-Sun). Can't wait to drive this track.

I really wanted to check out Palmer this year, it's looks amazing. I'm going to Mid Ohio next month and then no more this year due to medical issues :-(.

Impressive elevation changes, even just looking from the paddock...



I was undecided between taking Toyo RR or Nitto NT01 with me...Nittos won...want some feedback from the tires until I learn the track.

Thanks, elbow problems, real PITA.

I remember seeing the video of it right before it opened and it reminded me more of some of the areas I drive for fun than of a racetrack.

After 3 sessions so far, this is one of my favorite tracks. There is no curbing or grass yet, boulders and concrete barriers are pretty close in some places but it has a very good flow with alternating challenges (variations in speed, camber, lines - late apexes), good surface condition (new track). Very little you can call flat or straight.

Do you know anywhere near tri-state area, that I can actually try some helmet?
I kind of have a square head, most helmet either won't fit or very uncomfortable.

May 20-22 PCA @ Mid Ohio

I think I am going to drive down to VIR and do one day on the 17th also.

I want to PCA @ NJMP but I can't get those days off

Not sure about rest of the season

Do you know if they paved the paddock at Palmer? My car still has sand in it lol
