I average 7l/100km or 33mpg. Mix of city and 80kmh roads. Noticed it's gotten worse since I swapped the Primacys for RE71Rs, but yolo because racecar

Consistent at 29 mpg, once the winter blend fuel is done for the season it should go up some.

Doing this gives me options. If I'm running late to an appointment that is 40 miles away, I don't have to make myself even more late by stopping for fuel. I can pass up overpriced gas or gas with pig urine in it until I find a top tier station or a reasonable price.

Most of the time I don't let it get that low. I factor in commute times and if I want to stop for gas when I go to work or after. I'll even fill up if I have half a tank since my commute one way is about 40 miles. 80 miles a day eats up gas during the week.

I've pumped nothing but the top Shell as it's my preference and since I have their fuel rewards card and a gas credit card from them.

There are places I have to go out here where there's not a Shell station within 200 miles. I often find myself having to take what I can get.

I get between 21 and 25. Effectively only stop and go in the city and I'm supercharged manual trans.

Funny how a "how do I get better mileage" post turns into everyone just posting their mileage.

OP: "What can I do to get better gas mileage?"

Everyone: "I get between 19 and 56 MPG!"

Yep. You can only say to granny shift, lay off the accelerator and don't drive in stop and go traffic so many times before the Redundent Department for Departmental Redundancy steps in and takes over.

I had to read that 4 times to get it.
People do love their mileage/car cost/insurance rate/brand of gas threads. Think it is just because it is something that anybody can contribute to.
Ok now the goal is to get as many posts about repetitive posts that we can.
