I'll get the car into a Subaru dealer soon. See if they'll do an ecu flash for me, and hope it resolves the issue. In the meantime, I'll go over the car very thoroughly to check wiring, etc. I'll be under the car next week installing the perrin rear shifter bushing, transmission mount spacer, and some whiteline bushings. I'll check all the wiring back there while I'm under it to see if there are any weird things.

Little update after some time. Got an ecutek finally. Had 113 flashes prior. So it was definitely a tuning problem.
