Well if your tires are over inflated you're not even going to reach the edge of the tread... If all you chalk is your sidewall you should never see the chalk get touched but how do you know if you're using your tire tread properly?

Makes sense. Thanks. It's supposed to be raining so I don't think chalk is going to help me, but the weather here is unpredictable so I'll bring some anyway and continue to hope for sun.
