I used a disc grinder to shave off much of the L spacer to finally allow it to spin around without hitting the header and it was free! Lol. Its fkn retarded how 1320 made it this hard.

Flashed the new tunes optimized for the OFH. I'm running Socal 91 oct and have a Gruppe-S UEL header. I see some FLKC thats goes down to -2.5. IAM also drops. Is the tune too aggressive?

You had to use a disc grinder.... LOL.

Yeah I didn't like the design at all, it's off my car now and I have peace of mind.

I swapped out the 1320 Header and 1320 OP today.

No more LOUD fluttering noise, no leak, and no more CEL p2096.

Installed Gruppe-S UEL header and put back stock OP.
Everything seems great now, I am on OFT Stage 2 UEL 91 AT.

Here are my logs, does it look good or bad?

http://datazap.me/u/roneezy360/stage...log=0&data=1-5

http://datazap.me/u/roneezy360/stage...e?log=0&data=1

I don't know how to read these logs yet... I truly appreciate the help you guys are giving me. Thank you very much.

By removing the spacer you got rid of the rattle/fluttery sound??

I never had such rattle/flutter sound. I only removed the spacer because it is not required if you flashing a stg 2 tune. Ive heard ppl claim of weird noise and leaks but I guess it comes down to installation. I loosened up my entire exhaust and started bolting up from the header down to the end of the exhaust and have no exhaust leaks or rattle/flutter. I am 99% happy with my 1320 header -1% for the stupid spacer that was a bitch to remove.

Yeah I think so, but it's more a rattle sound like something is shaking inside.

Damn your lucky. I tried everything. I started with a leak and ended with the rattle sound. I torqued the bolts and everything. I'm pretty happy with the headers too, its just that sound

I don't even have my OFT yet but I have read enough to know that those logs don't look good. You want your IAM (adv multiplier) to stay at one. It doesn't even get to 1 in either of those logs, and I see knock corrections of over -2 which is also not good. So yeah you should probably stick with the old tune, or do some tweaking (do it yourself, or Vishnu remote tune would probably be best).

I also have their 60mm OP. Did you get theirs or you got diff brand OP or still stock? Might have something to do with using stock or other brand OP with their heading I guess when it comes to fitment somehow.
