Most of the Exclusive track Days events are weekday ones. Or check out On Grid as well for weekday ones iirc

Holidays are even worse. Automatic 12+ hour shift, even if it falls on your day off.

Not necessarily. Again, not that much more than regular stuff, and longer intervals means I'll actually save a few bucks. Planning on running the car into the ground, so the added protection will help in the long run.

Sure, but I find what makes a job "better" changes as you age...

when I was younger I didn't mind a job where I was constantly working, no free time but earning great money. It got me where I am today, able to own some nice things.

But now, my idea of a better job may mean less pay, but more free time to do things I enjoy.
