Heres a quick log. K&N Drop in, Borla UEL, Stock OP/FP and Q300. Shiv's OTS 93 Stage 2 tune running PC Ultra 94. I have around 75km on the tune and there appears to be some (-0.65FLKC) around 2700-3200 RPM, is that something I should be concerned about??

Cheers!

Any knock correction less than -1 is generally acceptable unless its occurring frequently enough and of long enough duration to drop the IAM below 1, which in your case its not.

just check you exhaust isn't hitting anywhere or any loose bolts/washers as this can be interpreted as knock by knock sensor.

if your ever concerned about that level of knock. plug your oft into a stock car on stock tune and check out the knock, you will be surprised.

example here from stock car in south aftrica

Thanks Steve. I'll check that out. Also the gas is a few months old (car was in storage) would that have any effect on knock?

So i changed fuel, as the costco stuff was sending my adv mul to sit at 0.63 and wasn't changing. =\ Seemed to lose power as well. I'm back to 0.93 but my flkc is all over + and - not above 1 or below 1 from the looks of it though which is good i was informed. This is getting frustrating. Using 91 grade cause its all we have here in az =\ Almost want to hit up e85.....

looks like the costco fuel was rubbish, new stuff look much better, the positive flkc is the ecu returning timing normal if iam is less than 1 , looks like new fuel is fine and iam will likely return to 1 , just do a couple of light steady throttle runs from 2000 to 6000 in 2nd or third and it will get your iam back to 1, see flashing reset learning link below

I just got a jrsc carb legal kit running on the carb legal tune. With Crawford BPBs the UEL headers on 91 with an exhaust i was trying to stay out of boost. Should make it to tuner tomorrow alright?

Carb certified tunes cannot be legally altered. You can replace them with some custom tunes maybe providing more gains, but that's that, it won't be carb legal anymore imho.

yep getting a custom tune. Tomei UELs were never carb legal to begin with.

Thanks again Steve! So this morning it finally went back to 1.0! around 70-75F. Started driving home after work, hopped on the freeway, droped back down to this below. Costco is claimed to be top tier to... I don't get it, the quick trip I filled up at wasnt as I just saw but better gas.. Grrr lol give me my 93 back.

http://www.datazap.me/u/hlhachiroku/...0&data=1-12-13

=\ intake temps are pretty high, its about 95F out. Could be the cause of the drop, but i dont see that much flkc. most is positive.. Drove around trying the reset trick again, 2nd gear 2-6k and then 3rd gear 2-6k, nothing... =( Atleast it isn't as low as the 0.69 I got with the costco gas XD. Still felt pretty peppy. haha Going to continue to monitor it throughout the week, could be some costco gas floating around in there still. I had maybe a gallon and 1/2 left when i filled up. Was almost going to flash the new stage2 ofh map, even tho i have a jdl uel. See if it might help any, heard its a great tune so far, lol.
