edit: maybe my car is broken and the light is brunt out?? hahaha
If you think that way, then car won't try to read it for you. lol If you don't give more than 20~25miles continually, lights won't turn on.

That why you get Beastronix's kit, so you can turn it off every time it turns on. That's what I do.

Thought bout it... to much work, so went with Bestronix's kit to get into PD mode faster AND can reset the TMPS. Win-Win in my view.

I don't want to fuss with it every time it turns on. I don't want it to ever come on

Anyone know how expensive getting the dealer to program them is? I've got a set that will go in some wheels eventually.

One other point to add (because Ichi brought it up), it might be both distance and time related. If your commute is short, even with a lot of miles, it might not come on. My commute generally always takes around the same amount of time and the light comes on at the same spot every time. But! There have been instances where I'm running around on the weekend and it doesn't come on until I'm almost home, even though I'd been out and about for hours.

I might go 30 or 40 miles total, but I make many stops and I think it resets each time you turn the car off. So even though I drove more than far enough, it never turned the light off. It could be gos is reading the sensors (despite the wheels being behind the garage) and his commute is too short to active the light. He gets to work, turns the car off and the system resets, rinse and repeat with home commute and it never comes on.

It only take a sec to take that light off or put the OEM TPMS. That'll solve ALL that worry.

You said in your last post you have to turn it off every time it comes on. I'm sure you just press a button which I'm fine with. I just don't want to do it all the time because I feel I shouldn't have to. I like my driving and whatnot to be slick and only do what I want to do.

When I was going to build my del sol I was thinking of adding a panel of switches, wired together, that would have to be on or iff in the right order to start the car. I was fine with the idea of flipping 3 switches and pressing a button to start the car every time, but not ok with manually turning off a warning light. I'd rather pull my cluster once than mess with it repeatedly

Mine comes on as soon as I start the car! Still don't notice it though.
Now the one in my wife's RVR is probably the most annoying thing ever with it's huge glowing/blinking display and a second one right above it.
