Pretty much, yeah. I install, maintain and troubleshoot cathodic protection systems (putting electricity onto something to stop it from corroding, for you laymen). But, apparently running wire, planning the install, installing, hooking up to the AC power source, etc, just isn't relevant experience to any work that an electrician does.
