If I start complaining or whining about something my parents take things away from me, not give me something new. I guess its all about who your parents are and how good they are at parenting.

That was how I was raised too. I blame all the poor parents in the world. I think you should have to write a test to be approved to become a parent

That feel when you're trying to start an apprenticeship to be an electrician, but you keep getting told you have zero relevant skills, so you'll have to go back to school.

Except the thing is, I work on fucking DC power systems every. single. fucking. day. I know just as much, if not more than any other person looking to get into an apprenticeship, and even better, I have experience with it outside of a classroom.
