With cam plates adjustment is much quicker and easier, sure. Camber plates can be bent on heavy abuse though. Heard that camber bolts and fixed top mounts is a bit safer choice. Meanwhile that all doesn't matter if coilovers are chosen/decided on, and they have cam plates. More sense to use them then not.

Z flex are camber adjustable, don't need camber bolts. Rear LCA necessary for rear camber adjustment toe is already adjustable to a certain point after that you need toe arms. You probably won't get to that point so... just rear LCA if your rear camber is too much. I recommend -2.5 front -1.5to2 rear

so finally,,i am going to install my coilovers soon.
Will this LCA hold lol? it look so fragile. Cus someone on this post told me try to get LCA as cheap as possible.
choice#1 http://www.ebay.com/itm/SPC-Rear-Cam...ZTw-YP&vxp=mtr

choice #2
http://www.ebay.com/itm/Red-Rear-Adj...pTol9N&vxp=mtr

And what is the setting i should tell the alignment guy?
I am planning 1.3in ~ 1.5in drop. I want more grip/handle, and i am getting 225 45 17 for the tires / stock rim.

front camber = -2.5

I don't know anything about SPC but I do not trust the "red"ones. If it doesn't have a brand, don't buy it. Look on Google for reviews on SPC arms.

Camber -2.5, -1.5 are pretty good, caster and toe can be factory

Personally I wouldn't bother with LCAs until you know where you are with the stock arms. Might be fine. Also, there's something to be said for primary vehicle structural parts developed by an army of engineers and test technicians vs. aftermarket which more than likely have close to zero stress analysis or durability testing done on them...

I doubt anyone knows yet. They will wear out just like any other part like that. Probably 30k+. Not something you need to worry about, just start thinking about it in a few years

Yes aftermarket coilovers do wear out much faster then OEM shocks due to the fact you want to use a low friction piston seal for quicker damper reaction speed. However the lower the friction on the seal the more often they should be rebuilt, but the better they preform. The Flex Z are disposable coilovers, once they are done it makes more sense to throw them out then rebuild them. I am willing to bet the Flex Z's will last for a little while (5 years) under normal street use. If you plan on tracking them regularly you bought the wrong coilovers.

Yes, I am using it as normal street use. Perhaps one or twice on track per year max.

You should be fine then. 3-5 years maybe consider replacing them but until then have fun and enjoy them!

This is comparing apples to oranges but here is FA's rebuild schedule

Buy separate hats? Other than ST and z flex I haven't heard of anything recommended under $1400. If you aren't doing a ton of racing most anything but Megan is probably ok. I have Stance ($1100ish) and they seem ok. First set of coils though so... take it for what it's worth to you. Maybe get a good set used in classifieds for <$1000

FA prime might be worth looking into. its the low end line that fortune auto just came out with to compete with BC/Megan/Flex Z ect.

Likely no reviews as they are brand new and FA is a fairly new company but honestly a great company. Pick up the phone and drill them with questions I challenge you, those guys know their stuff hahaha!!

I would highly recommend upgrading to swift springs, Swift makes some of the best springs in the world.
