You may very well be right.

I just need to get a 911 and be done with it. Luxury enough, fast enough, and I don't need to do anything to it for it to be good but the room for expansion is there.

Only problem there is $$$$$$$$$.
It certainly would at least partially check most of the boxes in each category.

I can have more that your pick from one short stretch of highway that passes by a swap. It is like hitting a wall when I reach that spot.

Half the year yes. I guess I'm the only one thats ok with the power. I drove a Celica for years (not Gt) and that had maybe 130hp. I had a ball with that car. It was my first new car and a gift so I was thrilled I didn't need duct tape in the trunk. I've had big engines in a Mustang Gt but power isn't as important to me as handling. Just my preference. I knew what I was getting and have a blast driving if. More power=more expensive and more costly to insure. I do have some complaints but they are fixable. I know there isn't a utopia in the car world and I've driven everything from a Jeep Wrangler to a minivan (circumstances required it). My other car is a hybrid. I love FRS season.

Nope you are not the only one. It may seem like it since the vocal minority is the "car is useless in traffic" crowd but in reality you will find more that say it is good just the way it is.
