I guess we'll find out next week, but I'd certainly say that's in the ballpark.

Based on your driveaway price (with $1,895 for dealer delivery), I will be asking for $32,800 max for a GT manual

EDIT: 32,800 + rego + CTP

in QLD, hybrid is 2%, 1-4cyl is 3%, 5-6cyl is 3.5%, 7cyl or more is 4% on RRP + options + dealer delivery.

Based on which state you live in. It's 3% for NSW and QLD.

You're worrying me Nardi. I got quoted 34474 for the GT and 40139 for the GTS. Both Manual; they might have pearl paint cost; 12mths rego and a full tank of fuel.

my calculation is for a 12mths rego too and include metallic paint.

no other option but.

however it's only my calculation and it's not official.

Interesting. Do you have a good source for this initial capped fee instruction? I ask because I know my initial quote has a fee $600 more than that and I'd like as much info as possible before going into negotiations.

Guys,

When the car is officially released on the 18th you will be able to go on to toyota's website and price up the car based on your postcode.

Your dealer is not allowed to charge you any more than that.
