Taking brakes off my daily for my BRZ
So I picked up a 02 WRX thats all STI swapped, so it has the Large brembos from the 05 STI, I was wondering has anyone installed brz brakes on these cars? As I was looking to swap them from one car to another. Would be great if it just worked. The WRX has stainless steel lines I wonder if they would go right on too.

I was asking about backwards compatibility, guess i will just have to try it. I obviously know the brakes will go onto the brz.

To answer your question. Yes. You can. Put the pass side BRZ caliper on the driver side WRX knuckle and visa-versa with the other caliper so the bleeders are on top. The caliper mounts on the leading side of the knuckle on the 86 and the trailing side of the knuckle on the WRX. The pistons are symmetrical so it shouldnt matter flipping them. Prepare to be underwhelmed.
