OK. What the hell is HP sauce?

This is really enlightening on how different regions eat

I've been mixing sriracha and soy sauce together as a dipping sauce for meat since who knows when! The trick is 1/3rd sriracha, 2/3rds soy sauce for the perfect consistency. Any more and the soy sauce will get overpowered by the spiciness. At least in my opinion.

You never had HP sauce? It is to the Brits (and us colonials) what soy sauce is to the Asians!
Hard to describe what it tastes like though.

I'll eat just about anything that has been properly killed. I draw some lines in the vicinity of snake, cockroach and rat. Mostly for aesthetic reasons.

What the hell is "sriracha"? I think I had that once but the doctor gave me some pills and it went away.

never even see it. And since we dont have british stores like we do asian stores guess its off to Amazon. So you use it on everything basically? is it liquidy like soy sauce or thicker like ketchup?

Oh I love to fish! I catch them and then turn them loose to get bigger for me to catch again.

Every single grocery store in the free world will have it. It is very commercial not a specialty item.
Sort of like a spicy ketchup but not tomato flavored.

HP sauce is fantastic with eggs, bacon, burgers, just about anything fried!
Tastes almost like ketchup just different :-)

edit: saw its called a brown sauce. ill check by ketchup and bbq. Its on walmarts website so ill look there lol
