Just checking to see if anybody knows a more positive way of getting in touch with Nigel at Jdmparts. Has anybody had any problems with purchases from his website. Regards Steve

@nigel-jdmparts is very reputable and I had a good experience with purchasing from him. Had to wait for 4 weeks but I was made aware of that and was provided tracking. Communication is key when having to wait for parts and nigel always answered my questions and such within 24 hours. Thanks again for the trd spoiler.

Any JDM vendor like him it will take a while to get parts and communications are delayed due to time zone differences, but other then that ordering from JDM vendors is no different then someone in the US. They are there to help you and want to provide you with good service so you buy again.

This guy hasn't been responding to my emails at all. When I first asked for quotes, he responded within 24 hours every single time. After he had sent an invoice and I had made my payment he had stopped responding to my emails.
I have received no info as to when my item will be shipped, nor has he provided me with tracking when I asked him for it. Does anyone have his contact details? |

Update:
So it's been 3 weeks and Nigel still hasn't provided me with tracking or told me he has shipped out my goods despite him telling me he had them in stock prior to me making my purchase. Seriously, it doesn't take 3 weeks to ship out an item that is in-stock. He hasn't got the item for sure. Emailed him roughly 5 days ago to which I have gotten no response. Honestly, I wished this guy would have just told me it would take roughly 8 weeks or so to get the item which I wouldn't be surprised about nor would I be too overly fussed about it. Yet this guy chooses to leave me hanging for.. probably for a whole 8 weeks. And this is me giving him the benefit of the doubt that he will actually post out my item eventually.. Anybody have his contact number? You can and I have requested for it through his Fb page but he hasn't gotten back to me through Fb either. I am not exactly an impatient person but in desperate need for some reassurance that I will get the item. Anyone shopped from him have some positive stories to share? |

If this is the case, I wouldn't mind waiting an additional 4 weeks for it instead of pulling out now.
