Too bad. He was pretty much the guy that opened my eyes to Scion's REAL grassroots racing, like PTuning here does. (As in not the stupid show cars, and not the ridiculous racing of the twin winged wonder and rwd tC drift cars.)

He was probably the only guy on here who was happy Toyota made the 86 a Scion in the States lol. That brings me back to the day...

Is PTuning associated with Chris Miller, or was it just Dragon? I forget... the twin winged monstrosity is pretty cool IMO.

New Picture updates.

We mocked up a GT-3076 with a tial .82A/R turbo on the FR-S to start tackling any type of fitment issues. As of now we have a couple ideas for sizing and piping layouts. I will update this thread with more pictures soon.

Pics....

I have a couple questions:

*Are you going to take the "let's find the fuse" route with that big turbo?

*How about a more modest turbo, like a GT2860RS? Obviously this would be intended as a lower-lag street application. The chassis doesn't need a crap-ton of power; 300 HP would be very well balanced when pared with good tires, coilovers, and upgraded brake pads.

*Better yet, have you considered a solution that better fits the character of the car; a supercharger?

Thanks.

Oh! I'd buy a Disco Potato setup, someday.

Heard of this shop too. They build some Time Attack Scion that was pretty sick. This looks like it's going to be very Epic! Look forward to the results.

I think you mean Chris Rado. That's a different guy from World Racing with the twin winged one.
