Tcoat is right, hooray for genetics, although if you quit smoking you might live to 150...
Youre right about smoking, I need to give up that filthy habit and keep away from stress which is extremely hard to do out here in frigging outer space

I am excited to see what happens in my life time. I am currently 22 and in the next 50 years I can only imagine what medical breakthroughs are going to come along. Who knows I might be half cyborg and live to 200 years old!

Hooray for genetics!
Same age, although I don't smoke and drink only moderately unless in a social situation. Slightly overweight, and spend too much of my day commuting/working to force myself to spend my little free time exercising.

Everytime I have a physical I have to answer the question about blood pressure and cholesterol medications at least 3 times. No, I'm not on any medications, why is it so odd to think someone could have "normal" readings without medications?

My great-grandmother passed away a few days after her 97th birthday. The day before she passed she drove herself to work (she was a "hostess" at a little "meat and 3" down the street from her house).

In some countries there is a saying that if a man older than 40 wakes up in the morning without any pain or ache, that means he died (some say "older than 50").

Average Life Expectancy (USA):

1930 - 59.7 years
2015 - 82.2 years

"Older than 40" is probably a very old saying

Or...

From Angola where if you REACH 40 you have beat the curve!

Obviously it was tongue-in-cheek very much, but for the sake of accuracy: I wasn't saying men beyond 40 start dying off quickly (I am still here!) it's just that you may start noticing that your body does not work as flawlessly and smoothly as it used to.

Even if you are a well oiled machine, you do need to take a little more care about bouncing off the redline as you get older or otherwise spend more time in the shop and less on the road.
