Could it be that an out of alignment headlight issue? Or is it the projector is defect and I need to return it?

Maybe the lens itself is deformed? It's not focusing the beam properly so this would be my best guess. Probably get a replacement from vendor

I really want to avoid taking it off and returning it if possible. Got these from eBay.

I guess I have no choice now

Rip ebay. Many vendors take returns and if they don't ebay or paypal should refund because the product was defective

Ashikabi has got it, you need to contact the seller and send them the photos and request a return from ebay, also file a paypal claim if that doesn't go forward because the product is defective with a bad projector lens.

Alternatively if you have the time and money, you can bake them both open replace both projectors with D2S projectors and bulbs and have an awesome oem type cutoff. Mailing them and contacting someone like these people:

Thanks guys. It was a bad projector lens. Gonna buy another set and just return the old set..
Retro fit is quite expensive ..
