Are you tuned? If so, tuners often adjust the VVT angle, which can result in this noise (This is done to help with the torque dip). Normal.

As others have noted, aftermarket headers are not as thick, so some noises will come through.

I wouldnt panic. My tune VVT adjustment sounds like that - I think you're fine.

However, I state again - Tsudo is an off-brand knockoff. Not something I would run on my car as a "connected to the motor" item.

After a few days, get under the car and look for black marks (soot) where the header meets the motor and at the OP connections. If no leaks exist - you're good.

Oh, and research the Borla V1 rattle issue. This sounds more like that than anything. This rattle was coming from the flex pipes. More than likely that could also be what is going on.

In which, would be normal, just annoying.

OFT is a device to download and implement tunes. I personally prefer live dyno tunes by certified (or experienced) tuners at reputable shops.

However, thousands of people use OFT with no issue. So either option would be fine really. Depends on what your goals are.

OFT is quite good if you don't have the money or access to a tuner, I was in both scenarios when purchasing OFT. Also if push comes to shove you can get an openflash etune.

Being 100% honest, its probably the Tsudo header. It's a low-cost low quality knockoff brand header.
- I mean, brand new at ~ $350 shipped is very questionable.
- There is a reason why quality headers start at ~$600 bucks (Tomei, MXP, Borla) for this platform, while the premium ones (ACE, Nameless, JDL) are a little higher.

I'm willing to bet either the flanges are not straight at all, or the flex-joints/welds are like absolute crap.

If the noise went away for a bit with the replacement gasket + sealant - odds are it was the flanges.

had an exhaust shop look at it and its the flanges where the overpipe meets the collector! he put a thick gasket in between and now there is no more flutttering noise and as of the welds well i had one of there reputable welders take a look at it and he told me that the welds are done right and i probably go a lucky one
