I'm far too obsessed and involved in my builds... call it ocd, but I could recite my mods in date order, or alphabetical, or spelled backwards... and nothing sits in it's box for longer than a day before install, regardless of day/time/weather. The GF knows I'm crazy and just puts up with it I guess

Yes, I have had 30+ cars. I usually sell the car, and find parts I never installed. I am trying to break the habit. I still have S2000 parts, Lexus GS parts, and a bunch of random honda parts. LOL

You will never break that habit.

Someplace in my basement there is a set of brass plated valve covers for a 440 engine that have never been on a car. I have moved and stored them for over 30 years!

I have a pair (only a pair not a set) of '64 Impala SS hubcaps that I bought in 1975 and never put on the car. The car has been gone since 1978.

There is a box around someplace with a complete set of nos exterior light lens and badges for a '58 Chev Nomad wagon. The car was sold in 1985.

Until two years ago I had a nice new. shiny, still in the wrappings, OEM driver's seat for a '64 1/2 Mustang that I lugged around for decades. I personally have never owned a '64 1/2 Mustang!

There are probably a dozen other assorted parts around my house and someday I am going to hit Ebay and make a fortune.

Aero is always a factor, LOL. I've had many discussions with the aero department at work, regarding my daily driver's aero
