Why is the SBD kit so well priced?

I know SBD is pretty good quality stuff (basically GReddy correct?) so with this being the case why is it so much cheaper? The GReddy is $4500 while the SBD is $2999.

also another thing is that you are paying japanese premium price......for the same price u pay in japan, u get lots minor updates & more flexibility which you obviously don't get here, but different market different stroke.

Technically it's Taiwan which is arguably a lot better than Cheap Chinese Parts. I would also venture to say if SBD kit was cheap China parts, there would be a ton more failures with the Kit itself. Most of the "JDM" parts are outsourced to Taiwan anyway.

Yeah, well... According to China, Taiwan is China and it's all China to Trump.

Well For what its worth. some of my parts say greddy still and others are grinded flat right where the greddy logo is. So im gonna say the kits are either, Greddy kits that don't meet greddy standards and sent back, or greddy buys them from alibaba just like SBD does.

Regardless of the origin and quality of parts, SBD is cheaper because they didnt have to do any R&D. Copying what another company does is a lot cheaper than doing your own research.

+1 to this all they have to do is go to the supplier that builds the greddy kit and buy the parts, put them in a box, profit.
