Buy FR-S now or wait for Toyota model?

So, with Scion going away, should I buy my FR-S now? Or should I wait for Toyota's version to come to the states?

I always though it would be cool to have a RHD car, and with the Toyota GT86 coming to the states, I think that'll be cool. Plus, it's a different car than the Scion model, which we all know is the slowest version of them all. Plus, with the BRZ STI coming out, we all know the Toyota model is going to get the WRX turbo engine too.

It's that, or wait for next year when the turbo BRZ STI comes out. I'm leaning towards the Toyota side, but I feel like it'll be difficult to adjust driving RHD in the U.S. The looks from people would be funny though.

Opinions?

Uhm, the AWD option is only going to be for the BRZ. Maybe do some research before commenting, k?

We don't need MORE misinformation being spread through the forums.

And.... were on!

haha our first thread about this. I was just telling Sky someone would make a thread about waiting for Toyota badged one within 24hrs haha

I'd wait till like mid Q3 in 2017 to see if Toyota will bring in another version of the twins. If not, i'd buy a 2014-2015 pre owned one then. Will save you a good 5-10k if depreciation sky rockets.
