Not worth TPMS in spare wheels IMO. I have four sets of wheels for my BRZ, only the stock ones have TPMS installed. The light on the dash doesn't bother me. I usually have the traction/stability control lights lit up too. Check the pressures myself every few weeks. I can feel a pressure drop of 4-5 psi. Hate that TPMS is required for all cars made after 2008. Glad that some car manufacturers are going back to the speed sensor type systems (like my '05 Mini), so no TPMS mounted on each wheel.

I hate them; I hated them in my 05 Frontier because they were always going off because they were so sensitive even if its a little under BUZZZZZZ
I hate them in my FRS if they do the same. I will loathe them |
