i also dont like the lines on the fender garnish and how they meet (or lack of) with the corner of the a-pillar and door.

i also can't stand the front "fangs" on the bumper. i liked it on the concept ft86, but not on our production ones.

I'm with @8R6 on not being a big fan of the fangs. Luckily they go away a bit being that the car is black.

I disagree with the rear seats ... they are great for carrying kids and one additional adult back there in a pinch. I think that the fact it had a rear seat is what put me over the top to buy the frs, besides everything else about it that's awesome

The headlights don't bother me as much as the taillights, as they do look like they belong in a 90s civic..

4 years ago when they revealed the GT86 I was in love with the black-housing HID headlights with LED DRL's.

Later that day Scion revealed the FR-S and the first thing that stuck out to me were those chrome headlights that stuck out like a sore thumb! To me, they look cheap and too base-modelish.

Part of the reason I went with the BRZ was because the headlights had black housing. I probably would've went for an FR-S if it came standard with the GT86 headlights because I prefer the look of the FR-S's lower fascia.

Agree with you here. I often pick up my nephew's from school. They fit great in it being aged 7 and 9. I really hate the stock tails as well and always reminds me of the chrome tail light civics like you mentioned. Every time I pass by a stock one I shudder a bit.

I got that the first year of owning the car in 2013 but now not so much. Twice it happened but I went to the store to grab some stuff and as I was parking some guys were sitting down the parking lane waiting for me to get out. I was nervous as shit but they just wanted to ask about the car.

When I go pick up my nephews from their private school the teachers all say to me "nice car" or "which student is going into the fancy car". When I'm surrounded by huge soccer mom SUV's and BMWs.

I still have the only known modified twin in my state so it still gets a crazy amount of attention, can't say it ever gets old lol. It does surprise me how many people don't know what it is though

For me it was the tail lights so replaced those with some Toms' Clear units, which have some really nice black housing details and go nicely on the white BRZ. Importantly they looked more OEM than the OEM ones!

Also said by others. That wheel gap.

I don't want to lower the car. Are there any tricks to help minimise the apparent gap? Wider wheels and tires ie 225's?

The current Honda Odyssey would drive you mad with it's disjointed rear door to rear window flow (they did it on purpose to resemble lightening).

Fender garnish....out of here! The one dude in here that had his filled and blended in is my desktop. It looks so much better without that silly thing.
