And when it DOES RAIN IN CALIFORNIA the oil from the road rises to the top and it might as well be ice. However it is with people who HAVE NO CLUE how to drive on ice so its just chaos.

Makes you wish there was a semi-accurate way to predict weather in the comming days...
Though this is why my car gets washed like 3 times a year and only before meets, if at all. Lol |

You know what really grinds my gears?
Installed lowering springs yesterday, and need an alignment because the rear toe is fucked. I've called 8-10 different shops and probably 75% of them said "Nah bruh, we can't do it because we only have factor alignment specs in our computer" To which I reply, "Yep, I'm ok with that, I just need the car in a drivable state" and they say "Sorry, we won't do it". Why's it so damn hard to find a shop that even has any availability. As it is now, looks like I might need to take Monday off work to deal with this. |

Make two plumb-bobs with string and a weight. Put the car on level ground and stick the thumbtacks into the outer edge of each tire at the horizontal point to the front of the rear tires near the outer edge. Hang the plumb-bobs and mark the floor. Roll the car backwards so the tires rotate 180 degrees and the tacks are pointing to the rear. Hang the plumb-bobs again and mark the floor. Measure between the front marks and between the rear marks. A little trig and you will know your in/out. takes a little more work to get exact left vs right but you should get the picture that should at least get it drive able until you can find a shop |
