I have a feeling that since its a new car and demand is high, there won't be any offer of discount to staff.
You may have to wait around for a year before staff will get privileges with discounts etc

I put my deposit down at the same place and am expecting my car this month. My deposit was fully refundable, pending price and availability.
I got a call today saying the car would be $33,800 approx ($400 added for White paint) but I should ask for tint and mats...

Lets not forget guys the apparent "best price" they can do is a load of crap

Quote:
Government and compulsory chargers:
Vehicle Motor Duty
Rego
CTP
Number Plate Fee

Dealer added charge "Dealer Delivery" is basically nothing but margin for them. Some people call it an expensive detail.

Generally $2000 for Government and $2000 for the dealership search it.
If you were told employee's arent able to get discounts that should have rung alarm bells employees generally will have the Dealer Delivery on the car completely removed and a little more. I will not be paying 39,000 Drive away

If you got it through me i would do my best to find out the correct pricing for you from TMCA themselves if necessary and although i am based in NSW it doesn't stop you buying the car from me and driving it home under a permit or i could freight it to your home address.

If this will help you, please feel free to contact me on 0298288948 or 0406237776 or send me an email on andrew.smith@peterwarren.com.au with your contact number so i can call you and help you out.

South Australia. Why's that, am I getting ripped off? Another dealer quoted me 40095 drive away without metallic paint, mats or tint so Im quite happy really.
