"Recently" was on Saturday, and the seller said he used 3 day shipping. If it isn't here by the end of today I'm filing a claim

You're not getting trolled, lol. Well, I gifted it so yeah, looks like I got scammed and am SOL. I will learn from it but it sucks being out $390. Oh well.

Man, that sucks. Unless it's a friend or family member you trust, always send it as "Pay for Services" or whatever it is.

Yeah, it does suck. But apparently I'm going to be able to get the money back. I went to the bank and if I'm able to establish a, "trail of transaction", which I definitely can, I absolutely will be able to get the money refunded. He also somehow was able to access my business card and charged an additional $390 to an automotive shop near him. So now two different banks are going to be investigating him for fraud. Happy ending everybody! Except that I didn't get a chip, lol.

Well, maybe, if the seller is scamming people, and gets "called out" and ships a chip, it may be a fake or corrupted chip .....
