Need Maintenance schedule for 2013 FRS

I've searched all over and have found Tid Bits of info but not a whole list.

Is there a whole list of scheduled maintenance somewhere online? Please post a link.
For example, what does 22,500mi, 30,000, 45,000mi service consists of?

Bought a used FRS and I want to know what was done, along with what should be serviced at future mileage intervals.

Basically get an oil change and tire rotation every 6 months or 7,500 miles. At 30,000 miles or 2 years get a brake flush. I would not pay for a "30k" or "60k" service because if you read it carefully, it's a bunch of inspection. And then you pay more money to fix those issues.
