No, that is definitely incorrect.
Should be RsPM unless one qualifies how many minutes the duration is.
Eg. 2850 revs per 4 minutes.
Also, I don't believe the RPMs have ownership of anything. That is, it is not the RPM's dog. The RPM's political persuasion is unknown.

They would not accept this as a warranty case cuz the car is imported with 6000 miles on it. Is that not bullshit or what?!?!
