Somebody please explain to me how Tokyo Drift fits with the rest of the F&F movies? What link am I missing (if any)?

It goes 1, 2, 4, 5, 6, Tokyo Drift, and then 7 in chronology.

Ok so once I see 7 it may make sense then. Good. Watching it for the 3rd time and I was still confused. And it still sucks.

2 is the cheesiest, 4 is the most boringest, and Tokyo Drift has the most insufferable characters. 7 ties back into Tokyo Drift, so it should make some more sense (asides from the actors getting like a decade older between scenes).

There's also "The Foul", "The Docile", "The Clever" and in my case "The Smartass".

Just happened across it on cable it wasn't exactly a planned event. In fact that is how I have seen them all. Watching these though I can truly see how some new driver have issues with technique. Every twitch of the steering wheel must be done must be done as abruptly and violently as possible, you need to hammer the accelerator all the way to the floor after every shift and if you are not destroying your rotator cuff with every shift then you just aren't doing it right.
